
About Mary

Mary is the founder of Mindfulness to Work. Combining her extensive experience in corporate learning and organizational development and senior level leadership with her specialized training in Mindfulness, Mary is helping people integrate the practice of mindfulness into their work life, and personal life.
She has an extensive and broad work history with large corporations, non-profits, small businesses, and healthcare including being a registered nurse. She has taught countless leadership and management classes, led team building and strategic planning retreats, designed corporate employee wellness initiatives and been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences and professional association meetings.
Mary is a certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction instructor, practices Mindfulness meditation daily, and enjoys running, kayaking, and cycling. She strives to help others find productivity, meaning, and joy in their daily life, both professionally and personally.
