6-WEEK MINDFUL LIVING COUSE
Like any skill, Mindfulness takes hold best with regular practice and reinforcement. The course consists of six, ninety minute, weekly group sessions and is based on the transformative Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. Each session combines mindfulness practice, discussions around the practical application of mindfulness both at work and at home, and lots of take-home strategies for helping Mindfulness to take root and go beyond concepts. One-on-one coaching is available as follow-up to the course or for those who prefer to learn in a one-on-one situation versus a group.
