6-WEEK MINDFULNESS IN THE WORKPLACE COUSE
Like any skill, Mindfulness takes hold best with regular practice and reinforcement. The course consists of six, ninety minute, weekly group sessions and is based on the transformative Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. The sessions are held in the workplace and can be scheduled at any time of day. Each session combines mindfulness practice, discussions around the practical application of mindfulness both at work and at home, and lots of take-home strategies for helping Mindfulness to take root and go beyond concepts.

MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MBSR)
This 8-week class is modeled on the program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD and U MASS Medical School's Center for Mindfulness. Studies show that mindfulness practice can result in:
